How much does an agritourism website cost in 2026 — honest math

The single most common question I get from owners of guesthouses, farm stays and agritourism sites: "how much does this cost?" No fluff and no infinite "it depends", here are real prices, what you actually get, and when not to overpay.

Three tiers, one job

A website for an agritourism business has to do one thing well: convince someone to book before they jump to a competitor. Everything beyond that (PageSpeed, fancy animations, AI chatbots) is a bonus.

That's why I split pricing into three tracks based on what you actually need.

1. Demo + Deploy — 2,990 PLN (7 days)

The "minimum viable site". You get:

  • Brand discovery, colors, tone, fonts (30-min call)
  • Industry preset, I have 8+ ready styles for agritourism (warm-stone, editorial-warm, mountain etc.)
  • Up to 5 sections, hero, offer, about, reviews, contact
  • Booking form → lands in your inbox and Telegram (if you want)
  • Mobile-first, green Core Web Vitals (Google likes that)
  • 30 days free hosting + a .kamilkaletka.dev subdomain (or your own domain)

Who it's for: new agritourism opening, idea validation, seasonal project. Or you already use Booking/Airbnb and want a separate site to stop giving up 18% commission.

Everything in Demo + Deploy plus:

  • Up to 8 sections + custom layout for your story
  • On-page SEO, title/meta/OG/sitemap, schema.org Lodging
  • Local SEO, Google Business Profile setup, NAP consistency
  • Plausible Analytics + Search Console
  • Meta Pixel / Google Ads (if you're planning paid)
  • Blog optional (if you want long-tail organic)

Who it's for: serious play, you want to rank locally ("agritourism Mszana Dolna"), run ads, measure traffic.

3. Premium + E-commerce — 7,990 PLN (21 days)

Plus:

  • Shop / online booking (Stripe / Przelewy24 / BLIK)
  • Direct payments, no platform commissions
  • Transactional email (Resend), auto confirmation + reminder day before
  • Order/calendar admin panel
  • Multi-locale PL+EN (if you target EU travelers)

Who it's for: you sell products (honey, cheese, cottage packages) or want out of Booking.com/Airbnb with your own bookings. ROI on the e-commerce piece is usually 6-12 months at active traffic.

Care — 390 / 690 / 890 PLN/mo

A site after deploy is not concrete. Care plan pricing:

  • Care Basic 390 PLN/mo, hosting, 24/7 monitoring, backups, updates. For sites that just need to keep running.
  • Care Active 690 PLN/mo, + 2h changes/mo, monthly SEO report, one new section/promo/mo.
  • Care Growth 890 PLN/mo, + 4h changes, 1 blog post/mo, A/B tests, strategy consult.

No long-term lock-in, 30-day notice cancellation.

What not to buy from Polish freelancers

  • "Website for 500 PLN", that's a Themeforest template glued to hosting, zero brand discovery, zero SEO. In six months you're shopping for a new designer.
  • "Website for 25,000 PLN" from agencies, you wait months, get WordPress with 14 conflicting plugins, 3,000 PLN/mo maintenance invoice. Fine for corp, absurd for agritourism.
  • "Custom CMS XYZ build" without SEO and analytics, you have slides, not a marketing tool.

Each one shipped from brief to production in 7-21 days, depending on tier.

When it's not worth it

If:

  • You have < 5 nights/mo, stick with Booking/Airbnb and don't invest in a site
  • You can't/won't supply photos, a site with no photos is a dead site
  • You're betting the site "will bring customers on its own", it won't, you also need SEO/Ads/social

If any of those, I'll point you to other paths I won't take money for. Cold pitch + DM on Booking often outperforms an own site for small properties.
