2. What data we collect and why
Contact form
Full name, email address, message content. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest — responding to an inquiry). Data is retained until the correspondence is concluded and for the period necessary to defend potential claims.
AI Lead Qualifier
Full name, email address, project type, qualifying answers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is used for initial project assessment and responding to the inquiry. Retained for the duration of the business relationship.
Call booking
Full name, email address, company name (optional), topic, selected date and time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is processed solely to organise the meeting.
AI Chat
Messages sent through the chat widget. Conversations are processed by language models to generate responses. They are not linked to a specific individual without their consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Analytics (cookies)
The website may use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to measure traffic and improve service quality. Data is collected anonymously or pseudonymously. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and applicable e-privacy law (with consent via browser settings).
3. Recipients of data
Your data may be shared with processors acting on behalf of the Controller, solely to the extent necessary to provide the services:
- Email and calendar service providers (Google LLC — Google Workspace)
- AI language model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) — conversation content only, no identifying data
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, Cloudflare)
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics) — anonymised data
Some of the above providers are based outside the European Economic Area (USA). Transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (e.g. Google LLC holds an active DPF certification) and, supplementarily, the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
4. Google API data and Limited Use
The call booking feature uses the Google Calendar API. After you pick a free slot, the application checks availability in the Controller’s calendar and creates an event with a Google Meet conference, inviting the email address you provide. For this purpose we process: your name, email address, call topic and the selected time. This data is stored as an event in the Controller’s calendar for the time necessary to handle the meeting and can be deleted upon your request (by email) or by cancelling the meeting.
The use of data obtained from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This means that data from Google APIs is used solely to provide and improve the user-facing booking feature and is NOT: sold, transferred to third parties for advertising, used for advertising, or used to train artificial-intelligence models (including the AI models used elsewhere on the site). Human access to this data is limited to cases required for operation, security, or where required by law.
5. Automated qualification (AI Qualifier)
The AI Qualifier tool performs an initial, automated assessment of your inquiry (e.g. project type and fit) based on the answers you provide, in order to speed up the response. This assessment is purely supportive — it does NOT produce legal effects concerning you nor make an automated decision significantly affecting you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The final assessment and contact always rest with a human (the Controller). You have the right to obtain human intervention, to express your point of view and to contest the outcome — simply send an email.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access — the right to obtain a copy of your data
- Rectification — the right to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — the right to request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — the right to restrict the scope of processing
- Portability — the right to receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Complaint — the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: uodo.gov.pl)
